THE ROAD TO FREEDOM

THE STRATEGY: To entice a group of international travel journalists down to Alabama for a Civil Rights experience with the hope they would then write about how everyone needs to visit Alabama's Civil Rights tourism. 

The highlights: Walking through Kelly Ingram Park with an elderly man who once guarded MLK with his life.  Hearing his stories. And listening to the heart-wrenching story of Denise McNair and the three other girls killed by a bomb on Birmingham, while sitting across from Denise's father Christopher McNair in a Birmingham diner. 

The invitation included two versions of a poster, an invitation and a site.
